Violent Delight were a punk/metal band from St Albans, Hertfordshire, England, consisting of Rodney Henderson (born 23 May 1985 (vocals), Tom Steenvoorden (guitar), Ben Macrow (bass) and Ken Hayakawa (drums)). In 2000 Violent Delight, consisting of Henderson and Steenvorrden released Hands Up! If You've Got VD, a 9 track demo CD. They followed this in 2001 by being signed to J Albert & Son publishers, and Hayakawa and Macrow joined later that year.
