Vinothen Bede John (born May 27, 1960, Colombo) is a former Sri Lankan cricketer who played in 6 Tests and 45 ODIs from 1982 to 1987. Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of 11 players on an oval-shaped field, at the centre of which is a rectangular 22-yard long pitch.
