Vinje is a dispersed settlement north of Dolsko in the Dol pri Ljubljani Municipality in the southeastern part of the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. Dol pri Ljubljani (German: Lusttal) is a settlement and a municipality in central Slovenia. It is part of the traditional region of Upper Carniola and is now included in the Central Slovenia statistical region. The parish church in Dol is dedicated to the Saint Margaret (Slovene: Sveta Marjeta) and belongs to the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Ljubljana. It was originally a Gothic church that was restyled in the Baroque in the 18th century.
