Statements like, 'they do not live their values in this company,''They are disconnected from their values', 'No one believes in them anymore'. When you have low work productivity, poor conduct from staff or leaders' step back and look at it through a values lens. What values are not being met in your staff and leaders? Is this lowering respect for one another in your team? A values conversation can address poor behaviors, attitudes, performance, and motivation in any workplace.
