Value Incremental Comprehension (VIC) nomograph is applicable for assessing socio-economic effects of an investment project, with focus on the impact and sustainability of the project.This book is very useful for wide target groups who are stakeholders involved in a project, regardless of the financing mechanism chosen: private, public or public-private partnership. Autor

He got his BCA (Bachelor of Commerce and Administration), majoring in International Business at Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand) in 2010. Currently, working as a financial expert at Petrovietnam Finance Corporation in Hanoi, Vietnam. He is also working as an independent scientific researcher and have several printed publications.
