Analysis of homoeopathic store was conducted to identify the drugs category wise i.e. ABC analysis based on cost criteria, VED based on criticality of the items & FSN based on consumption pattern. This will helps us to avoid under stocking of vital and essential drugs and overstocking of slow moving drugs. It also narrow down the required inventories which helps to serve more number of patients with the existing drug budget. It can also saving approx. 20-30% cost of Annual Drug Expenditure.
