A Zernike Moment technique has been used in this book to identify such numerals having any kind of shape or size with any kind of variation. This is a challenging task for the researchers to enhance the work to make it more efficient.

Autor

Mr. Harikesh Singh is currently working as Sr. Lecturer in Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology,Guna(MP),India since 2007 till date. He has done B.Tech.(IT) and M.E.(CSE) from Thapar University, Patiala(Punjab),India. He has recently three publications in Int. Journals and several papers has been presented in International Conferences.
