Scott Montgomery learned bagpipe as a member of the University of Iowa Scottish Highlanders. Scott is a retired US Navy Surface Warfare Officer. He currently plays with the House of Scotland Pipe Band, based in Balboa Park, San Diego. He may be contacted at [e-mail].
