The overwhelming penetration of the fastest information technology into every sector of organisations has brought about the need of its application towards traditional HRM functions. The effective perception of users' technology acceptance has been a subject of thorough discussion. This research investigates users' perception towards comprehensive e-HRM at the University of Surrey as a hypothetical platform for HRM. Therefore, this research has been conducted based on two conceptual propositions: Lepak and Snell's four scientific perspectives of e-HRM and Davis' Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Following the deductive approach, online questionnaire has been administrated and surveyed among the members of staff across the University of Surrey via email. Upon the collection of data through online survey, this research has shown the in-depth analysis of users' perception about the hypothetical electronic platform for HRM at the pre-implementation stage. The collected data has beenassessed and examined through satistical testes. The results of correlation coefficient indicate that the perception towards comprehensive e-HRM system is positively related to its perceived usefulness.
