Unyime Eshiet ist klinischer Pharmazeut und lehrt in der Abteilung für klinische Pharmazie an der Universität von Uyo, Nigeria. Er ist Mitglied des West African Postgraduate College of Pharmacist. In der Praxis und in der Forschung beschäftigt er sich intensiv mit dem öffentlichen Gesundheitswesen, der pharmazeutischen Versorgung und der rationellen Verwendung von Arzneimitteln. Er ist verheiratet und hat drei hübsche Töchter.
