The modern scientific paradigm that has developed in linguistics and related disciplines allows us to consider specific words not only as special lexical units, but also as a source of extralinguistic knowledge. If initially the realities were in the field of interests, first of all, of translators, now the sphere of functioning of this term has significantly expanded, extending to works in linguistics, cultural studies, history, as well as to interdisciplinary courses.
