Autor

Born in the picturesque city of Granada in southern Spain, Puy AmContreras has been dedicated to the arts for over two decades. She began her creative path as a dancer in musical theatre, later expanding her passion into acting. During her years as a Physical Education teacher, she discovered the profound impact of connecting with children. Through those meaningful interactions, Puy came to believe that adults have not only the responsibility but the privilege to be guiding lights for the younger generation - offering support, understanding, and inspiration. Now living in Sydney, Australia, and embracing motherhood, Puy brings her heart, creativity, and life experience into her work as a children's book author. Her desire is to share fun and engaging stories that encourage family conversations, strengthen emotional bonds, and provide children with tools to grow in a healthy way - both mentally and emotionally.Her books can be enjoyed independently by young readers or shared with parents as bedtime stories. They explore themes such as overcoming fears, building self-confidence, and nurturing values like love, kindness, respect, friendship, and teamwork. When she's not writing, Puy enjoys spending time with her family on Sydney's beaches, or dancing - always staying connected to the joy of movement and creativity.
