Autor

Kenzo has loved books all her life and commenced writing in 2014. She has published eight books and is a member of the Society of Authors (SoA).Kenzo started out at eighteen years old as a mental health nurse and is now a Dr in Complimentary and Alternative Medicine (CAM); she holds a PhD with her focus being on "The Effects of Shamanic Healing and Other Healing Practices on General Well-Being." Her PhD has been re-worked into a book. Kenzo has worked in the alternative/complimentary field for over four decades in various roles including as a counsellor, psychotherapist, massage therapist and yoga teacher. It is her vast training and experience over the years that has influenced and informed her role as a shaman. With that in mind, her focus for reading and writing tends to be more towards CAM, healing, and other spiritually orientated books that she finds to be interesting, thought provoking and leading to personal growth.
