Treatment modalities for each localization were investigated. Defects in each segment were categorized into groups with their volume assessed and repaired by different surgical techniques. Patients with fractures with a filled impaction defect were described. The results of patients who underwent surgical treatment without eliminating the impression defect were compared in the early, intermediate, and late periods, and bone density changes were determined using MSCT.
