Today one can find voiceover less rarely than it used to be in Russia. But still this type of audiovisual translation is prevailing when translating a documentary film into Russian. This book is intended to translate a documentary film in AVT to contribute to a better understanding of audiovisual translation both from my research and analysis and also my practical experience of translation.

Autor

The author had a BA degree in Linguistics at Moscow State Linguistic University (2011-2015). During her BA degree she was equipped with comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the English language. After graduating from MSLU she became a translator. She did her MA in Translation at University College London (2015-2016).
