The present study examined how age and gender influence transfer of learning or training. Average score for each task was analyzed with SPSS 11. The finding on age was not statistically significant (p0.05) which is consistent with Libert & Wicks - Nelson (1981). Gender also was not statistically significant (p0.05) which is consistent with Hyde, (2005). The interaction effects of age and gender was not statistically significant (p0.05).
