The construction of the train layout in this book started in 2008 and was completed in 2015. Photos show the elevated observation and control platform. Each photo is a composite of 30 to 100 individual images, all focus-stacked in digital layers and composited together. The result is that every image is stunningly sharp, bright and clear with amazing depth of field! All the photos were taken with a Nikon D5200 camera set at f12 at an ISO setting of 100. The images were stacked using the Zerene Stacker program from Zerene Systems. www.zerenesystems.com
