Its application is in periodic checks where there is a need to monitor and control tightening variables, as well as in corrective and preventive maintenance of tightening tools. Initially, a study was carried out on the assembly processes of bolted joints and their applications in industry, then the concepts of maintenance and reliability of a tightening tool were studied, followed by data analysis with the aim of reducing the costs resulting from failures in tightening tools, increasing productivity and the useful life of the equipment, which can only be achieved through proper maintenance with reliable and practical equipment that is capable of assisting in testing and collecting torques.
