Anna Marie Enea recently moved to the lush forest in Oregon to be with her son, Arthur. She was born, raised, and lived in Northern California most of her life. She holds a master's degree in exercise physiology and nutrition and a Bachelor of Science in heath science/public health; she is also an RDH (registered dental hygienist). She has advanced certifications for teaching yoga and meditation from both Amrit Yoga Institute in Florida and Ananda's Expanding Light in Northern California. She has taught yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, spirituality, nutrition, exercise, wellness, forest bathing, and hiking for the last 40 years.
