When information from an embittered Pakistani elder leads the team to the possible location of Mohammad Mogabbi, the leader of the Taliban, on whose head a $10 million bounty exists, a decision must be made. Should the United States kill the man who has eluded it for over a dozen years, who is responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, including thousands of U.S. soldiers, or should it allow the newly-elected leaders of the country try to negotiate a peaceful resolution of the conflict with the Taliban, as they wish to do.
