Autor

Ntsoaole became a secondary school teacher and principal. He joined the Lesotho Department of Education after 5 years of teaching to become an education inspector. He has been involved in education management for 27 years. He holds a B.A. Ed from University of Massachusetts (Amherst)in the USA and M.A. Ed from University of Bath in England
