Autor

Ginger Dakin's love for Mother Nature started as a child. She was the one who checked out every book about animals, who looked at all the View Master Reels on wildlife and the national parks, and the one who listened to Bozo the Clown records about animals over and over again. Her love of animals includes an extensive collection of plush stuffed animals. Her lifelong love of nature led her to get actively involved with the environmental movement where she wrote and edited for a group in the Chicago area. Her writing focused on positive action. She has also written technical manuals for the computer industry and has taught writing both at college and K-12 levels. Ginger has been a children's book enthusiast and collector ever since she became a parent, carefully reading each from cover to cover before purchasing, making sure they had a good story line as well as creative illustrations.
