Determined to get her life back on track, Jo heads for parts unknown, looking for the perfect place to call home. After a hike to see a tourist attraction, Jo realises that her excess weight hampers the lifestyle she would like to lead. After she postpones her trip, intent on making changes to her life, it comes as a shock to learn that her husband, who has threatened revenge, has found her haven. Pushing on with her quest, Jo eventually finds a place to call home. After a rocky start, all appears to be well. Jo fits into the small community by working as a nanny for an acquaintance.
