In this 1st Edition in print there is a new element to help you to begin your journey; it goes a step further and takes your understanding a bit deeper. Each section is followed by questions and/or writing prompts that challenge you to dig deep within yourself to find a greater understanding of yourself, that leads to living your best you. Utilize the space provided to write notes, additional questions and/or journal what you would like to explore. Your first time through, you may not find every section applicable, but I challenge you to revisit those sections as you become more self-aware, your confidence grows and your boldness expands. I believe at some point or another you will be blessed by each section and the enlightenment they bring. "There's Healing After Hurt" is more than about the loss of a child, as it is also about loss in general and the pain that unexpected/ unprepared for change can bring. I challenge you to use love for God, and love for yourself as the best way to learn to love and be loved properly. From my first time through reading Katrina's story to my twenty plus times as I prayed through the process of asking relevant and thought-provoking questions and writing prompts for you to use this book as a journal and/or workbook of sorts, to grow spiritually, emotionally and relationally.
