Issue:Celiac disease is a chronic autoimmune disease. Its treatment is nutritional and is based on a gluten-free diet. Compliance with the diet is very difficult for children, hence the need for an educational approach to help children adhere to the dietary rules.Purpose of the work:The objective of this work is to create a personalized educational program for children with celiac disease that will allow them to acquire the necessary skills to become autonomous in the management of this pathology and the gluten-free diet, thus improving their health status and quality of life.
