Globalisation, which is a natural stage in the development of civilisation, is currently accompanied by rapid computerisation of society. Since management processes are carried out using information technologies, there is growing attention to the interaction of management entities in the virtual world. People are the main element in modern socio-technical systems, so the influence of the human factor should be taken into account in order to increase their efficiency.

Autor

The author's research interests are related to the study of the role of humans in production and society. He defended his PhD thesis on 'The human factor in modern design engineering: systemic aspects of formation.' He currently works at the Scientific Research Institute of Labour under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
