Simone Muschett, LMSW aims to create safe spaces for trauma storytelling as a strategy to fight trauma with resilience. After learning to heal and manage the pain from her own childhood trauma, Simone started her own non-profit, Resilient Young Minds, a podcast, a private practice, and self-published two books-all to spread and prove the idea that sharing our trauma provides access to healing.
