While working and living in the NOW, there are emotional releases to be made from the Past, which holds a key to our awakening and realisations in this Present time. It seems there are many people who repeatedly bully and hurt each other, sending family, friends, and colleagues into sad submission, satisfying their addictive urges to control the very lives they purport to love and care for. So Misguided... So Misjudged The Mental and Psychological health effects are having an even greater negative impact on people and children of all ages. Never has there been such a tsunami of fear and heartache. Let's stop this, by helping yourself out of suffering and control, this can benefit not only You but others around you. It can be a solitary journey to a more joyful Life but entirely possible with a little self-help and analysis. My aim is for this book to inspire you to improve your relationships with yourself and with others. One of our most traumatic reveals is to find that we are not comfortable in our own skin: - which may be attributable to a myriad of circumstances, lifestyles, and beliefs.
