He lived with the family for seven years; then Nour disappeared and her body was found in the Nile River. Ishmael had experienced his first taste of blood. After a number of years roaming throughout the world, constantly plotting a way to avenge his parents, he eventually envisioned a diabolic scheme to rain destruction on the children of Israel. He obtained a position at Oregon State University, who had developed an International Tilapia Aquaculture project with the country of Israel. He met Selena Silva, wife of the university President Manuel Silva. Selena and Ishmael developed a sexual relationship and she accidentally discovered Ishmael's true identity. However, a week later her car was discovered at the bottom of a canyon containing a body burned beyond recognition. Authorities determined Selena had died in the fiery crash.
