Autor

Kaitlyn Vander Meer (Corsiglia) is taking her first big leap into writing with her children's book "The Sunflower Field." Since the age of 6, Kaitlyn has been legally blind in her right eye, due to a rare eye disease called Pars Planitis. Kaitlyn has endured 7 eye surgeries since the age of 6. While recovering from her most recent surgery in November 2017, she began writing and refining her first children's book. She believes wholeheartedly that "your struggle is your strength".
