This study was conducted to evaluate the struggles of BSE-Math student-parent when learning mathematics online. This study used phenomenology as a qualitative research method, a purposive sampling technique was used to select five participants, and a descriptive-evaluative design with thematic analysis was used in utilizing the qualitative data analysis. Findings showed that the participants experience the struggles in online learning approach, specifically with the following themes: time management, stability of internet connection, health problems, and cognitive aspect.
