Well Im an Irishman at heart and an Irishman by nature! Born of Irish descent, my parents settled in England running their own Pubs, Bars, Restaurants and Bed and Breakfasts. With three brothers and two sisters its fair to say they had their hands full with us and our extended large families including our customers! We all had to work hard from an early age in the family business, but from it as kids we gained great memories, great freedom, great life experiences and honestly it made us very rounded individuals in our own separate ways! I moved on into Catering completing traditional Chefs qualifications at The Kings School Canterbury and the Canterbury Cathedral England! Since then I have always been deeply entrenched in the food and beverage business in some form or other! From the Kings School, I moved into Head-Chef/management for an Industrial Catering company of a very large and reputable Hotel chain! I am and always will be very passionate about my profession and any interests that hit my radar! Typically Irish and totally honest! In 2009 I set up my own Catering Consultancy and Catering Company and I work as an Executive/Head Chef /Consultant to the Catering, restaurant and licensing trade. And that is where I can be happily found today! Or at my typewriter!
