Paola Dabel is a psychologist, mother of four, and passionate advocate for children's emotional well-being. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Valparaíso in Chile in 2006, specializing in clinical child psychology. Through hands-on experience in therapeutic interventions and play therapy, Paola developed a deep understanding of children's emotional needs. Her personal journey-raising children with severe anxiety, ADHD, and emotional regulation challenges-further strengthened her empathy and inspired her to create accessible tools to support families facing similar struggles.Combining her background in psychology with a love for art and storytelling, Paola has written and illustrated four self-published books for children and teens that promote emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and positive thinking. Her own path toward self-awareness and spiritual growth has profoundly shaped her creative vision, weaving themes of love, self-compassion, and consciousness into her stories.
