While the Devil Marvin launches a genocide against the autistic community, the population that Rilk himself is a member of, the Shadow has his own plans. Regardless of whether or not Marvin freed the Shadow from his prison, the Shadow has always foreseen the day when he would meet the descendants of Genghis Khan in a martial arts battle to decide the fate of the universe. Currently, the Shadow's destined opponents are Victor Chang and Angela Blue, and it just so happens that Victor's autistic brother, Colin, is one of the victims of Marvin's genocide. So reluctantly, Marvin and the Shadow have aligned their agendas together. Once again, the fate of the Earth is in the hands of the World Saviors as they embark on an adventure through Heaven, and attempt to prevent the first stage of Marvin's diabolical plans.
