The textbook serves as an applied introduction to the science of building teams and the application of a team solution algorithm which adds a significant tool to the toolbelt of managers and leaders at all levels. Using this original scientific framework for analyzing "systems of people", or what are frequently called "teams" or "enterprises", leaders identify organization and team opportunities, define change benefits using logical justifications, propose change models, and analyze positive impacts of change to their organization.
