Autor

Juan Carlos Sola Corbacho received his PhD from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has worked at several academic institutions in the United States and Spain, including the Honors College of Texas Christian University. Jodi Campbell is Professor Emerita at Texas Christian University. She is a scholar of early modern Spanish cultural and political history, and the author of At the First Table: Food and Social Identity in Early Modern Spain (2017).
