May it be transformational leader?The main purpose of the study is to examine whether there is correlation between transformational leadership and institutionalization. If there is a relation, what is its extent? In addition, importance of transformational leadership and institutionalization separately are analyzed during the research. In order to find answers to the questions related to the research problem, the study was constituted among six chapters.
