Mike Lovatt is a qualified mechanical engineer with 25 years in motor industry. Then opened and ran clock repair & sales business for 15 years. He is now semi-retired but still repairing clocks. He is currently running a restored and working watermill producing flour. He is the author of a number of technical articles on mills, and co-author of local history book. He is also the Chairman of local history society.
