The neanderthalic female being XX had the high density of genomic archaeal sequences and increased expression of endosymbiotic archaea. The retroviruses generated by endosymbiotic archaea were preferentially integrated into the Y chromosome of neanderthalic male. The integration of retroviruses into the Y chromosome and less so in the X chromosome led to the evolution of the homo sapien male genome and homo sapien male.
