If you do the necessary work to implement the information, you will experience changes--you will transform your life. The questions in this workbook are designed for you to dig deeper into you to gain insight and clarity for your life. This workbook encourages you to reflect, think, and take action. Transformation requires inner observation and inner action. Become aware, then do the necessary work. If the information you have is never implemented, practiced, and utilized it will never transform into knowledge, let alone wisdom. Give yourself the best opportunity to experience more and do the work. You deserve transformation.

Autor

Melissa Reese is a Holistic Practitioner, teacher, author, and speaker. She has a BA in Psychology from ASU and post education from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, The Empowerment Partnership, and other training programs. She is a Board Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Psych-K practitioner, Life Coach, and Jikiden Reiki specialist. She has over 1,800 hours of training. She is also the author of "The Pursuit of More." She started her journey in the healing arts as an observer, watching her mom and dad transform their lives in a matter of ten days. Then, she became a client. Melissa started mainly with Hypnotherapy, and then NLP, Reiki, Acupuncture, and herbs. The work she did profoundly helped her transform her life in a very short period of time. She learned how to clear her anger, communicate more efficiently and effectively, and how self-care and self-work is imperative to implement as a regular part of life. Being an effective practitioner means doing the work. She is a strong believer in "walking the talk." She also loves to learn through workshops, special training, reading, documentaries, and authentic conversations. She believes in the power of forgiveness and the importance of healing. She has overcome serious illness, worked through toxic relationships, and learned the importance of the word no, the word yes, and what boundaries mean. Melissa helps people break-through and clear their "crap" (mental and emotional baggage) so that they can pursue what has seemed out of reach and experience freedom, joy, happiness, and love more deeply and more often. "The journey lies within the pursuit." You have many pursuits and only one journey.
