Yet these texts, which set out the terms and conditions for the operation of motorcycles for hire or reward, were adopted to enable the protagonists of motorcycle cab transport to carry out their activities without discretion. This study is intended as a contribution to synergy between all players in the motorcycle transport chain in Cameroon. It also contributes to reducing the externalities that have plagued this sector for decades, in order to take better advantage of the opportunities offered by this mode of transport.
