With over 25 years of experience in education, she holds two master's degrees and a doctorate in special education and educational leadership--an embodiment of her deep commitment to both personal and professional growth. Her passion lies in empowering learners of all abilities, reflecting her firm belief in the transformative power of education, faith, and perseverance. Beyond the classroom, Dr. Lucas has dedicated her life to uplifting others through ministry. On July 4, 2019, she co-founded The Healing Ministry of Jesus Christ Church, Inc. in the Philippines alongside her father. For her, this ministry is not merely an organization--it is the fulfillment of a divine calling to preach the Word, minister healing, and bring hope to those in need. Her journey into ministry was not a career path, but a sacred assignment she embraced with wholehearted obedience. A pivotal moment in her spiritual walk came through her daughter, Edrianne Mae. In March 2018, Edrianne created her first painting. At first glance, Dr. Lucas believed it was a castle, but her daughter gently corrected her: "No, Mommy, this is not a castle. This is a church, and one day, you will build a church." Spoken with childlike innocence yet divine clarity, those words became a prophetic confirmation of God's plan for her life.
