Conditional cash transfers are copyrighted material that may be used to positively affect public health; this work CANNOT be used for any public health harms nor prohibited purposes. The conditions are that it must be used legally, properly (meeting legal health and safety requirements), and to benefit public health. Prior express authorization is required. Violators may be prosecuted for criminal infringement of copyright. For example, this copyright may be available to any anti-tobacco non-profit group as an enforcement mechanism.
