Her book, Your Career Your Way - the Workbook was nominated for the International Authors Network Book of the Year Awards in 2015 - Non-Fiction Business Category Her journey has given her insight into what it is to have boundary issues in relationships and she's overcome depression and maintained her emotional balance using these techniques.
