Therefore, the objective of this book is to propose a model of e-service application called E-Supervised (E-SUV) to provide the information related to twinning programmed between Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and private colleges. This book explained in details the model of web based system that can be used by many of colleges throughout the world. In a nutshell, UML- based Web Engineering (UWE) approach is a viable option to facilitate e-services in education environment and thuscould serve as a guideline model of future e-distance learning centre.
