I'm an author, speaker, and advocate shaping the future of education, business innovation, and inclusive design. My work bridges research, leadership, and storytelling to design systems that create lasting opportunities for people to thrive.At heart, I'm a builder of stories, systems, and spaces that allow more people to flourish. Through Bayhaus Creative, I help organizations curate narratives that inspire action and move ideas forward. My book, The Miles We Chase, blends memoir, narrative, and policy-sharing my personal journey while exploring what it takes to design a more inclusive future. As a speaker, I bring these themes to life for audiences across education, business, and community spaces, offering stories and strategies that connect vision to action.My path has taken me from military service to technology, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and teaching business at the community college level. I'm completing my doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership at USC, where my research focuses on transforming postsecondary education for students with intellectual disabilities. Across every chapter of my career, one thread remains consistent: a drive to challenge conventions and reimagine what's possible. I bring these themes to life on stage and in conversation, creating space for dialogue that inspires change and action.Keep. Moving. Forward.
