He developed a consulting programme, which he uses with his own clients, and now teaches under license to other consultant, trainers, coaches and people looking to develop a freelance career. He is highly qualified professionally and vocationally plus an alumnus of two top international business schools. He also became the world's 1st person accredited in a specialist area of personality psychology. Peter continues to invest heavily in his ongoing research and education. His extensive expertise was recognised by the Institute of Directors in the UK, awarding Director of the Year finalist 2 years running. He is also an award-winning author.
