Therefore, this work proposes to study the impact of a specific strength training program on the performance of athletes specializing in manual wheelchair racing. Intended for teacher-researchers, club trainers but also for paralympic athletes and all those concerned with adapted physical activity and sport, this manuscript, which focuses on the field, proposes an intensive trainingprogram that should provide functional value to optimize performance
