It covers a large part of the population, because an addict's pattern of behavior can accompany any relationship, be it with a child, with loved ones, friends or relatives. This study substantiates the theoretical connection between interpersonal addiction and anxiety, its empirical study on specific samples, as well as the practical realization of knowledge of this relationship in the context of consulting work. Very often the problem of experiencing interpersonal addiction, in particular one of its forms - love addiction - is accompanied by unproductive states, so the development and application of a model of consulting that could solve this situation is practically significant.
