Like any new project of this magnitude, this too had many variables and impediments. Still, all these were resolved with the help and support of willing staff and other members of the organisation. The whole narration in this book has been written in a simple way; without being verbose or the script labelled as turgid. This style was adopted deliberately, and it is hoped that the readers will appreciate the effort.
